John Delis is a partner of Long & Delis which was founded in 1989. John is an experienced trial attorney that has litigated a broad range of complex cases including Jack-In-The-Box E-coli lawsuit, insurance defense, environmental insurance disputes; construction defect claims developing a specialty in multi-party concrete sulfate attach claims; labor law matters and business litigation disputes.

Thomas Patrick Long, or Pat as he prefers to be called, is a partner of the firm originally founded by his father Patrick A. Long in 1989 with offices in Los Angeles and Orange County. Pat has the same passion and enthusiasm for the law that he did as a young lawyer fresh out of law school. His approach to practicing law remains the same as he continues to believe strongly in the phrase, “Client First.”

Warren’s practice focuses on litigation in federal and state courts defending businesses and property owners in claims involving personal injuries, construction defects, breach of contract, and landlord-tenant disputes. Appeals and writs in federal and state courts. Landlord and property owner representation in matters involving public agencies, public entities, other property owners, and unlawful detainers.

David’s practice focuses on general liability, construction, personal injury and wrongful death where he regularly represents construction companies and property owners in complex, multi-party litigation. David’s practice experience includes a variety of personal injury and property damage matters ranging from trip and falls, automobile and truck accidents, construction worksite accidents, and traumatic brain injury matters.
