T. Patrick Long
Partner
Thomas Patrick Long, or Pat as he prefers to be called, is a partner of the firm originally founded by his father Patrick A. Long in 1989 with offices in Los Angeles and Orange County.
Pat has the same passion and enthusiasm for the law that he did as a young lawyer fresh out of law school. His approach to practicing law remains the same as he continues to believe strongly in the phrase, “Client First.”
Pat is a tested and proven trial lawyer. He specializes in representing developers, large-scale contractors, subcontractors, transportation companies, and state and local municipalities in a variety of matters, including actions involving construction defects, wrongful death, and catastrophic personal injury.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Long has personally handled hundreds of complex lawsuits and claims involving virtually all aspects of construction, including construction zone safety, alleged construction defects, and contractor-subcontractor disputes. His experience in this area of the law has provided Mr. Long with a unique insight into the daily challenges the construction professional faces.
Mr. Long believes one of the greatest attributes a lawyer can possess is the ability to vigorously advocate a client’s objectives and interest, while also keeping in mind how the realities of litigation affect ongoing business concerns.
